Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a learning-focused program designed for BCA and B.Sc students, providing them a chance to work with Wipro while pursuing an M.Tech degree from a top institution in India, fully funded by Wipro.
Eligibility Criteria

Additional Criteria

- No gaps are allowed within the graduation period (must be completed in 3 years).
- Business Maths & Applied Maths do not count as Core Mathematics.

Selection Process
The selection process includes several stages to assess the skills and fit of the candidates:
- Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Analytical (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Quantitative (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
- Business Discussion – Interaction to gauge technical and soft skills.
- HR Discussion – Final stage of the selection process.
Service Agreement
Selected candidates will sign a 60-month service agreement. If an employee leaves the organization within this period, they are liable to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
