Program Highlights

Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a learning-focused program designed for BCA and B.Sc students, providing them a chance to work with Wipro while pursuing an M.Tech degree from a top institution in India, fully funded by Wipro.

Additional Criteria

  • Distance education is allowed only for 10th & 12th.
  • A maximum of one backlog is permitted at the assessment stage but must be cleared by the 6th semester.
  • No gaps are allowed within the graduation period (must be completed in 3 years).
  • Business Maths & Applied Maths do not count as Core Mathematics.

Selection Process

The selection process includes several stages to assess the skills and fit of the candidates:

  1. Online Assessment (80 minutes)
    • Verbal (20 mins, 20 questions)
    • Analytical (20 mins, 20 questions)
    • Quantitative (20 mins, 20 questions)
    • Written Communication Test (20 mins)
  2. Business Discussion – Interaction to gauge technical and soft skills.
  3. HR Discussion – Final stage of the selection process.

Service Agreement

Selected candidates will sign a 60-month service agreement. If an employee leaves the organization within this period, they are liable to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
