These schemes attracted the citizens of the State to vote and elect a congress party for a new development of the State. As mentioned in the Congress Party manifesto every farmer and tenant farmer will be receiving Rythu Bharosa scheme benefits. After forming a new government by the Congress Party, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has officially announced that from this season onwards Rythu Bharosa scheme financial assistance of Rs 15,000 per year is applicable for tenant farmers also. A special cabinet meeting is held on this issue. By July 15th, A special committee is formed and a survey is done on how much is to be allocated for the Rythu Bharosa scheme for own-land farmers and tenant farmers according to the acres of land.

Nearly 1 crore farmers and tenant farmers are there in the state. 70% are own land farmers and the remaining are tenant farmers. The government surveys an issue on how to allocate and identify tenant farmers and to release an official website for the new application process is not confirmed. Deputy Chief Minister Batti Vikramarkha has officially announced that before August 15th Rythu Runa Mafi and Rythu Bharosa scheme amount will be released. As the state is in a deficit of Rs 7 lakhs crores from the last ten years, the Newly formed government would take some time to implement the schemes in the state.
